GymRat LIVE….the GREATEST SHOW in grassroots basketball …has released its event field and game schedules. The GymRat LIVE 2024 field include some of the most ELITE basketball programs representing hoops hot beds from New York to Boston to Philly to the DMV to North of the border all competing to wear the crown and take home the GymRat Trophy as CHAMPIONS of one of the most exclusive events in all of elite grassroots basketball. It’s ALL ALPHAS ALL THE TIME at GymRat LIVE in a full broadcast production available across the country and around the world.

Please note the following:

1. Because of the television broadcast component of this event, outside of the removal of a team due to injuries or contractual violation, the SCHEDULE CANNOT BE CHANGED. All possible accommodations have been made to allow ample travel time for teams and preserve the competitive integrity of the event. The schedule posted below is the final schedule.
2. GAME SITE: All GymRat LIVE games will be played at the brand-new, state-of-the-art, Impact Athletic Center just outside of Albany, NY at 390 NY-Route 146 Halfmoon, NY 12065.
3. FORMAT: GymRat LIVE is a CHAMPIONSHIP event with bracket play beginning from the opening tip. All teams play a minimum of 3 games with many playing the maximum of 4. All teams begin play in the CHAMPIONSHIP bracket. After the first loss, teams move into the CONSOLATION bracket to complete their 3-4 game guarantee.

Howard put her full skill set on display in leading @coachrockrosa and @coachdshaw’s @castleathleticsgirlsprogram to the10th Grade GymRat Platinum crown that earned them an automatic bid into @usabyouth U.S. Open Championships in Memphis, TN. Here’s the write-up that Madison earned in the June GymRat REPORT, “Madison Howard (4) 5-8 guard, Castle Athletics/Monsignor Scanlan H.S.: Dominated play in every game to lift her squad to the top bracket’s championship. At her best in transition avoiding traffic while taking the ball to the rim. When her drives to the hoop were well-defended, she found open teammates for easy scores. Demonstrated an all-around game with her ability to finish in traffic, knock down key three-pointers, running the break to perfection, create steals and block shots. She literally did damage on both ends of the court. Made big plays in the closing minutes to help lift her team to a come-from-behind victory in the bracket’s championship game.”
